Basic CellProfiler Walkthrough

In this video, I demonstrate a simple CellProfiler pipeline that helps you to segment your image data and measure signal intensities in different compartments.

Processing a CellProfiler spreadsheet

In this video, I show how to import the exported spreadsheet from CellProfiler into python and quantify the signal per segmented organelle.

Single cell segmentation using Fiji/ImageJ

In this video, I show how to use Fiji (ImageJ) to segment individual bacterial cells from an overview image and then quantify the fluorescent signal for each cell.
